Our Intellectual Property Web Service or IPWS is a web-enabled IP Management software which allows pmc management and staff as well as clients to log in through the Internet, via secure site, to view our state-of the-art IP docketing system and portfolio management system as well as update with us on the status of IP matters. Communications are 128-bit encrypted, using VERISIGN® certification, for clients' total security and peace of mind. With IPWS, all pmc Asian regional offices are fully connected and linked to each other and have access to the shared IP database as well as pmc’s IP portfolio management and docketing system.
Another significant part of the IPWS System is our extensive Trademark Watch Service, which includes monthly automated reviews and scrutiny of your trademark and trademark rights. Closely filtered and audited by our experts, pmc ensures that your IP rights are adequately protected.
pmc’s in-house file management system provides for electronic file requesting and status view. All our files are scanned, then tagged with a serial number, which is then registered on our main server. Staff and management can request for files, whenever required, by simply logging in from their desk.
pmc incorporated Docuflo to meet pmc’s vision for a paperless solution in daily tasks and retrieval of file related documents. pmc’s Docuflo allows us to set up "electronic filing cabinets" as well as using the stored information as a portal or resource of precedents. Authorized staff users and management will be able to view and manage critical file information from any pmc regional office via the internal web browser.
pmc’s Docuflo supports document archiving management. We can effectively manage file related documents throughout their lifecycle from authoring through review, approval, distribution and perpetual archiving. Docuflo supports ad-hoc and processed routing of documents including rule based conditional routing as well as e-mail and fax access for communication of all documents. |
