We are looking for a potential trademark lawyer with an excellent command of written English, proficient with computers and experience in trademark work. Training will also be provided.
Work will include managing client’s trademark portfolio, filing and prosecuting trademark/design applications up to grant, advising on strategies and courses of actions available to clients, reviewing examination reports and drafting response to Office Actions, conduct trademark/design searches.
