pmc’s Investigation Team manages the process of inquiring, researching, collating evidence, sample purchases, brochures as well as conducts conflict searches manually or from the databases at the relevant territorial Registries especially for trademark and patent rights. pmc can carry out and coordinate investigation surveys as required and provide a written advice on the findings.
pmc’s Watch Service Team is well trained with a keen eye to identify identical or similar characteristics between applications lodged in the regional Registries found to be in conflict with clients' registered or pending rights.
