Maulitta Pramulasari proudly heads Mirandah Asia‘s Indonesia patent and design operations in Indonesia, providing local expertise added to a wealth of experience in the field.

She works very closely with clients from a wide range of sectors, including leading pharmaceutical, chemical, IT software and technology firms, in conducting all necessary searches, patentability reports and opinions, as well as providing draft responses to Office Actions and keeping clients always informed of relevant deadlines.

An all-round IP specialist, Litta also handles trademark-related work for companies such as Fortune 500 consumer goods manufacturers. She also supervises the trademark department and negotiates with third parties on behalf of the client, assisting with product registration at the Food and Drug Agency and franchising registration at the Ministry of Trade.

Every day, she does her utmost to motivate the team in the office, providing the best services and maintaining a positive relationship with registry officers, all in line with company protocols.

Litta holds a Bachelor’s degree as well as a Master’s degree in Law from Gadjah Mada University, one of the top universities in Indonesia. She began her journey working at one of the oldest IP firms in Indonesia, where she started learning about IP and eventually fell in love with the field.

In 2009, she became a registered IP attorney and later became a licensed advocate by Peradi (the Association of Advocates in Indonesia). She is also an active member of the Association of Indonesian Intellectual Property Rights Attorneys (AKHKI).

As a mother with a full-time job and degree on her plate, Litta enjoys photography as a stress release in her spare time!
