Maulitta Pramulasari proudly heads Mirandah Asia‘s Indonesia patent and design operations in Indonesia, providing local expertise added to a wealth of experience in the field. She works very closely with clients in conducting all necessary searches and patentability opinion, as well as always keeping clients informed of deadlines to respond to Office Actions.

An all-round IP specialist, Litta also handles trademark-related work for leading pharmaceutical, consumer goods, chemical, IT software and mobile phone manufacturing giants. She also supervises the trademark department and negotiates with third parties on behalf of the client, assisting with product registration at the Food and Drug Agency and franchising registration at the Ministry of Trade.

Every day, she does her utmost to motivate the team in the office, providing the best services and maintaining a positive relationship with registry officers, all in line with company protocols.

Litta began her journey working at one of the oldest IP firms in Indonesia. It was there that she started to learn about IP and eventually fell in love with the field. In 2009, she became a registered IP Attorney, and not long afterwards, she obtained her law degree and advocate certificate. To sharpen her existing skills and gain further knowledge in IP, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree at one of the best universities in Indonesia.

As a mother with a full-time job and degree on her plate, Litta enjoys photography as a stress release in her spare time!
