Paul McClelland is involved in all aspects of international trademark management, as well as providing consultation and advice for a wide range of advertising and media-related clients.

He graduated with a LLB (Hons) (First Class) and an LLM (Res) with Distinction from the University of Glasgow, and qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 2010.

In 2015 he moved to Singapore, where he worked in the IP and litigation departments of one of Singapore’s best-known law firms. There, he handled a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious trademark matters and latterly worked with Senior Counsel on several international commercial arbitrations involving a diverse range of legal issues.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys playing computer games and spending time with friends.
