Prithipal Singh gained a degree in Law from the National University of Singapore before beginning his career as a Legal Assistant. After a stint as Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Attorney General’s Chambers of Singapore, he moved into the private sector to work with Gladys Mirandah as a Partner at Ella Cheong & G Mirandah. His years of experience culminated with the launch of his own law firm, Prithipal & Associates in 2002.

Prit is an active member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee in the International Trademark Association (INTA) and has previously served as a Committee Member of the Law Society’s IP Committee. He is also an active member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and previously held the position of Singapore Treasurer and Editor at APAA IP Digest.

Prit was featured in the Asia Law Guide to Asia’s Finest Lawyers and recognised as one of the leading Trademark Attorneys in Singapore in the International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers.

When he’s not lecturing about IP law at local schools and various universities, Prit enjoys conquering the fairway in a good round of golf.
