Bhavin Shah graduated from the Government Law College in Mumbai in 2008 with a law degree, specialising in IP, and was called to the Bar in India in the same year. He then completed a master’s degree in IP Rights at the University of Mumbai in 2010. He worked with leading law firms in India after graduation, where he enjoyed the opportunity to handle IP portfolios for various multi-national clients, as well as conducting due diligence and assisting in litigation matters.
Bhavin relocated to Singapore, and his quest for knowledge of South-East Asian IP systems drove him to Mirandah Asia, where he is proud to work in this dynamic and ever-evolving region.
He mainly works on advising clients regarding trademark prosecution and related issues in multiple jurisdictions across ASEAN, whilst also naturally offering a high level of expertise to clients with trademark matters in India.
