Shivika Sharma graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College For Women, University of Delhi,  followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same university.  Shivika received the Faculty Graduate Scholarship to pursue the LLM at National University of Singapore.  She completed her LLM specialising  in International and Comparative Law at NUS Law in 2018.

Shivika is a Certified Advocate with the Bar Council of India since 2016. In 2016-17, she was chosen as a Law Researcher cum Research Assistant under Hon’ble Mr. Justice Najmi Waziri in the High Court of Delhi. During her tenure, she assisted in drafting judgments, preparing case briefs and conducting extensive legal research on matters pertaining to criminal, tax and labour law. She was also appointed as a Local Commissioner by the High Court of Delhi to execute the directions of the Court Order in a case pertaining to testamentary succession.

Shivika is passionate about and has been a part of many human rights initiatives, especially those focussed on gender rights, in both New Delhi and Singapore. She is fluent in English and Hindi.

At Mirandah Asia, she handles the prosecution of trademark portfolios for local and international clients, using her legal expertise to assist clients through all the regulatory challenges posed by the variety of  jurisdictions that the firm operates in.
