Hema holds a Bachelor's degree from Northern University of Malaysia (Universiti Utara Malaysia). At Mirandah Asia, she supports the Malaysian office by managing human resources and streamlines operational workflows for the Malaysian office.
Before her foray into the intellectual property field, she built a strong operational foundation within the finance and healthcare sectors respectively. She joined the firm to expand her professional knowledge and contribute to the team's growth.
In her role, she focuses on end-to-end talent recruitment process, onboarding, training; maintaining a seamless workflow among the various departments and fostering a positive environment for the team.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, hiking, and camping.
