As per Article 39 of the TRIPs Agreement, all of the states in which we offer services are obliged to protect 'undisclosed information' which meets certain criteria.
'Confidential information' is one such category of undisclosed information, which may be of a commercial or non-commercial nature.
'Trade secrets', which have come to be recognized as a special kind of confidential information, tend to be of a commercial nature.
Using our services, clients can prevent the confidential information or trade secrets they hold from being disclosed to, acquired by or used by others without their consent.
How we can help:
- Strategy planning for the protection of confidential information and trade secrets
- Drafting and reviewing of all documents in relation to the protection of confidential information and trade secrets (including, but not limited to: Non-Disclosure Agreements and restrictive covenants).
