Dyrah graduated with a degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and began her professional career in SEO, where she developed and managed search engine optimization strategies for local and US-based businesses.
In 2013, she joined Mirandah Asia with an initial focus on the group’s SEO strategies. Over the years, her portfolio evolved into Human Resources and Operations, handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, appraisal and other employee-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulations. She manages the day-to-day operational functions to ensure a smooth workflow across departments and liaison work among the regional offices.
Outside of work, Dyrah enjoys exploring new recipes and cooking for her family. She also likes watching live-selling sessions and has recently taken up pickleball as a new hobby.
