Puwin Keera (Ham) diligently oversees the workflow of non-contentious Thailand patent matters, ensuring that all clients seeking protection in Thailand are given the full spectrum of patent services leading up to grant, with an optimum level of local expertise to ensure efficient translation service and communication with the Thai Department of Intellectual Property (DIP).
As a liaison for the Thailand office, Ham works hard to build a strong network of understanding between the Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia offices. This coincides with his mission to continually improve the quality of work in the Thailand office, and he invests his time in researching IP in Thailand to ensure advice for clients is always relevant and beneficial. Ham also provides consultations for advertising and media firms.
Proud of the practical advice that he provides to his high-profile clients, Ham credits much of his success to the help and support of Patrick Mirandah. He began his career as an intern at a local corporate law firm, working on company registration, contract and property law-related work. After joining Mirandah Asia, Ham’s specialisation evolved into patents, trademarks and advertising. He built a comprehensive background of knowledge and experience by working closely with his colleagues in Singapore and Thailand.
Outside of work, Ham likes to keep fit through exercise. He is a fan of books, good music and movies.
